Welcome to the Guardians Ark Pet Sanctuary website (“Guardians Ark,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By

our website, submitting content, participating in contests, voting, making donations, or otherwise
interacting with Guardians Ark, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our website or participate in our programs.

and special-needs pets.

2. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old to participate in contests, vote, or make donations.
  • By submitting content or participating, you confirm that you have the legal right to do so.
  • Guardians Ark reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates these Terms.

3. Contests & Pet Profiles

Submission Guidelines:

  • All pet profiles, photos, and stories must be submitted at your own risk.
  • Content must be original, accurate, and not infringe on any third-party rights.
  • Submissions must comply with our Community Guidelines.
  • Guardians Ark reserves the right to reject, edit, or remove any submission at our sole
    discretion.
  • The contest photo submission will run from April 1st through April 20th.
  • The offficial winner will be announced on May 7th

Copyright and Ownership:

By submitting content, you grant Guardians Ark a perpetual, non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide
license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and distribute your content for promotional,
educational, or fundraising purposes.

4. Voting

  • Voting is free and open to all eligible participants.
  • Votes must be cast fairly without manipulation or fraudulent activity.
  • Guardians Ark reserves the right to disqualify votes or participants suspected of fraudulent
    behavior.
  • Winners will be selected based on the total number of legitimate votes received during the
    contest period.
  • Voting starts at 8 am EST April 22 through Weds, May 6, ending at 5pm ET

5. Donations

Tax-Deductibility:

Guardians Ark is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. Donations are tax-deductible to the extent
allowed by law. You will receive a receipt for your donation via email.

Refund Policy:

Donations are generally non-refundable. If you believe there has been an error, please contact us at
connect@guardiansark.com within 7 days.

6. Charitable Disclosures

Guardians Ark is a nonprofit organization recognized as tax-exempt under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. Contributions may be tax-deductible as allowed by law.
